Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All accepted returns are processed as exchanges.
1. Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging our orders, but if you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Damage: To process your request, you must provide clear visual proof (photos or videos) of the damage.

Return Shipping: Lehra Space will cover all return shipping costs for damaged items.

Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive the damaged item, our team will inspect it. After the inspection is complete and the damage is verified, we will dispatch your replacement item.
2. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. We accommodate "change of mind" returns under the following strict conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Return Shipping: The customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Exclusions: Change of mind returns are strictly not available for fragile items.

Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (which must be in its original, unused condition), we will arrange an exchange. No cash refunds will be issued.
